Cancellations

You have a 14 day right to cancel without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after the 14 days. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by statement (such as email or text/direct message). You may use the attached cancellation for below (Returns section), but it is not obligatory. With either method, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g email), without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right to cancel, before the cancellation period has expired. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund including delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

Returns

If you change your mind and need to return a piece, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery of item(s). You then have 14 days to send back the item(s) from the day that you communicate the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the item(s) before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the item(s), we will need receipt of the delivery method chosen to return the goods.

Returned items are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Items must be received in unused condition and well packaged. You will also need to show proof of purchase of your item(s). You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item(s). You have a right to return goods if a fault is discovered or does not match the product description/images.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

To make a return / cancellation, please use our cancellation form or get in touch via email at sophiegelder.artist@gmail.com. Your refund will be processed when we have received and inspected your item. We process returns within 5-10 working days. Funds received will be sent to your original method of payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
