Shipping

Please be patient when your item is being shipped and track your shipping via the appropriate website provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Once the package is marked as 'delivered' on the tracking page, we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages.
If your parcel is stolen, please contact the mail theft department of the shipping company (postal system or courier) for further directions. We are not responsible for mail theft or vandalism.

Orders provided with an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the parcel, if the correct address is not provided before dispatch.

Shipping prices are included at checkout when a shipping address is entered.

Shipping abroad

Shipping is always from England, United Kingdom. Customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the basic price shown.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the piece to be prepared for shipping.
